Mill Test Certificate
- Type of standard and certificate (example EN 10204 3.2 or EN 10204 3.1)
- Name of Manufacturer
- Product dimensions and name
- Quantity covered by the certificate (example: tons, with heat numbers)
- Batch number and Heat numbers (physically shown on the product as well)
- Final test result
- Dimensional measurements, to check compliance with allowed tolerances (example, for steel pipes: wall thickness, diameter, length, straightness)
- Material grade and applicable specification, including results of mechanical and chemical tests
- Addenda useful to appraise the full features of the product
- Results of additional tests, like ultrasounds (UT), hydrostatic, impact test, hardness, magnetic particles, metal graphic result etc.
