General Information Of Bright Annealed Tubes

This is more commonly referred to as a Bright Annealing (BA) finish. Material with a No. 1 finish is cold rolled using highly polished rolls in contact with the steel surface. This smooths and brightens the surface.

Bright Annealed Tube Designed for critical and purity applications such as semiconductor manufacturing, Vishal Tube's high purity tubing delivery of gases, chemicals and solvents, or use in ultra High vacuum piping for reducing out gas rate.

From advanced manufacturing processes, including special cold drawing and cold pliger not just precision for sizes, but also enhance material substrutes density by cold pilger process.
